The specifications of each of our fabric series can be described as follows,the Style, Construction, Composition, Gravity Range, Width Range, Color,dyeing and finishing are fully custom-made to meet to marketing requirements.
Construction: Circular Knitting
Composition:85-95%Cotton/Polyester/Rayon/Viscose/Polyamide, 5-15% Spandex/Lycra
Gravity Range120-550gsm, it vary significantly between various fabric
Width Range: 150-180CMS
Color:Customers designate by presenting labdips or informing Pantone Color Code, our company recommend.
Dyeing: Plain Dyed, Yarn Dyed, Random Dyed, Printing Design are all available.
Packing:Roll,20KGS/Roll,inside in poly bag, outside in woven bag for exporting.
Minimum order Qty:200KGS/per color.
Delivery Lead:25-30 days after order confirmed.
Label Tags: If fabrics are involved with materials such as Lycra, Coolmax, Supplex, Tactel by Invista, respective Label Tag can be provided accordingly.
Payment: (a)30% T/T as deposit,70% T/T before shipment or Sight L/C;(b)100% irrevocable confirmed Sight L/C.
Quality Guarantees: Color Fastness up Grade 4, Shrinkage Rate below 5%,Imperfections below 12/Roll, customers have the privilege to bounce and claim if failure of quality guarantee happen to our fabric.Remark: Quality guarantees are based on the specific descriptions stipulated in each contract signed by customer and our company
